Wonders never cease! I managed to finish the Sims 3 Supernatural Victorian windows, four in number, the small one-tile window slaved to the small two-tile one, and each of them sporting five wood and glass colors. In case I misdid anything, which is easily conceivable if you've worked on something just every now and again and over a long period of time, let me know.

Emerging from the depths of a severe depression, and starting over with a new life and love, I finally found time and leisure again to pursue my most favorite hobby (Simming, if you haven't guessed), though I still have to juggle my time very carefully between job, daily work, and pleasure. I already gave proof that I'm still alive by presenting some new conversions on my tumblr, but I also wanted to report back to those who don't hang around on that platform. Moreover, between the two, livejournal is still the better to use social network in my view, even if almost nobody uses it anymore. Well, nobody is perfect, so livejournal users are perfect, n'est-ce pas?

It's the little things that make life wonderfulCollapse )

Hello again!

I finally got around to upload some things I've started to convert at one time or another, but didn't finish for various reasons. Be prepared for lots of randomness. Because behind the seeming randomness, there lies a deep and enduring structure which determines the destiny of men. At least, according to Schopenhauer. He also said that compassion is the basis of morality, though that's another story.

Evening all!

Here's a heap of objects for your modern laundromats, laundrettes, coin-ops, or whatever you call them, mostly, but not solely, converted from TS3 'Town Life Stuff' and 'Ambitions', and mostly, but not solely, found under the 'Miscellaneous-Plumbing' category, where I mostly, but not solely, put them so they won't get lost among the three billion sculptures I have in my download folder.

Howdy doodie?

Just whizzing past to tell you that I'm still alive and kicking, in spite of life trying to kill me (and not with a kiss). I also wanted to inform you that whenever my time allows for it in the next couple of weeks I'm going to upload a few things that I converted for my own use but wanted to share because the more we share, the more we have. Also, shared joy is a double joy, and we all need some joy in our life. Before dashing off again, though, I'll leave you a little thing I cobbled together from various Sims 3 objects and textures: a billboard for walls.

Enjoy!Collapse )

I'd like to wish all of you a Merry Christmas, however you say it. Enjoy the festive time with your family, pets, friends, whomever, and spend it with whatever makes you happiest and most content. I, Santa Mif, brought you a little present - not particularly christmassy or wintery, but classy and unitary and useful for your University neighborhood: Five shell buildings from TS3 'University Life' as decorative buy objects.

May Christmas spread cheer in your lives!Collapse )

Happy birthday, badchriss and many happy returns! I wish you all the best for your future. Now, blow out the candles and make a wish. May this wish come true! Meanwhile, have two huge, high-poly decorative houses and some random seedy, decrepit stuff as you like. ;)

Alles Gute zum Geburtstag, Chris!Collapse )

Hello there!

First of all, I did an oops and forgot to put the hydrant featured in the second last post "Higgledy-Piggledy" into the Mediafire folder. I've already edited the post accordingly, but for those who haven't checked the folder yet or haven't noticed that the object was missing, here is the link again:

Thank you, PenelopeT, for bringing the matter to my attention.  o/ \o

As already dangled in front of your nose like a carrot at the end of a stick, here are the rabbit holes from TS3 'Pets', ready to beautify and slow down your game. They are categorized under 'Miscellaneous-Miscellaneous', priced at nil Simoleons, and valorized with tons of faces and vertices.

OBTW, I only just realized that these huge shell buildings are called rabbit holes because the Sim (rabbit) disappears into them (hole) and the player (hunter, predator) cannot follow them. Goodness, my mind doesn't need any mushrooms to move slow.

Uh... no no! Go go! Go get my gloves! I'm late!Collapse )

Are household appliances giving you a hard time? Is too much sugar putting you in a bad, bad mood? Is your boss excoriating you for something you haven't done? Never say die, just say [insert expletive of your choice]. Listening to some uplifting music is a good thing, too, and it might even give you an inspirational boost.
